Ghana’s Gold Vault Company, Menzgold has filed a lawsuit against the Bank of Ghana (BOG) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for interrupting their business a day before 28th.

The summoned letter which is approved by the Chief Justice Madam Sophia Akuffo indicates that Menzgold has sued the Bank of Ghana (BOG) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) for interfering in the company’s activities.

They had earlier announced they would restore operations of the gold Vault on the 28th of this month which is tomorrow.
