Kumawood Actor, Justice Hymns known popularly as Mebusem has finally disclosed that his marriage to Abena Boatenmaa, the lady with a disability was just a role in a movie.
Last year, there were reports that Mebusem was lying about his wife; something he vehemently denied and indicated that he married the young lady out of love.
But speaking to Emelia Brobbey on her show. “okukuseku”, the actor indicated that his marriage to the said lady was a role in a movie to educate people on the need to handle such children with disability as human.
He revealed that he’s an ambassador for an NGO called Rising Hope Foundation where they provide support systems for autistic children and other children with disability.
Mebuseem mentioned that with the way such children were handled in society, the NGO decided to shoot a movie to educate parents and the general public on the need to handle such children and not see them as spirit children.
He noted that while on set, photos from the movie were posted on social media and that attracted media attention.
Mebusem explained that he didn’t want to deny because he had a message to preach to the world hence accepting on every platform that he got married to the lady.
To him, he will never describe his “marriage” to the lady as fake but rather propaganda.
